摘 要:目的:评价基于虚拟仿真技术的“1+X”母婴护理课程教学有效性。方法:选取广东省某高职院校参加“1+X”母婴护理培训班的学生作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用虚拟仿真教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较两组学生在各模块的学习效果、证书考核成绩及通过率、实操综合素养和课程满意度。结果:试验组在所有模块的考核成绩均显著优于对照组( P<0.001),证书通过率(96%)高于对照组(83.67%),实操素养除团队协作外均有显著差异( P<0.05)。结论:虚拟仿真技术能显著提升母婴护理课程的教学效果,提高学生的实操能力和满意度。Objective:To construct and evaluate the effectiveness of the"1+X"maternal and infant care course based on virtual simulation technology.Methods:Students from a vocational college in Guangdong Province who participated in the"1+X"maternal and infant care training class were selected as the research subjects.A random sampling method was used to divide the students into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group used virtual simulation teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching.The learning effects of the two groups in each module,certificate examination scores and pass rates,practical comprehensive literacy,and course satisfaction were compared.Results:The experimental group's examination scores in all modules were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.001),and the certificate pass rate(96%)was higher than that of the control group(83.67%).Practical literacy showed significant differences in all aspects except teamwork(P<0.05).Conclusion:Virtual simulation technology can significantly improve the teaching effectiveness of maternal and infant care courses and enhance students'practical skills and satisfaction.
