职业本科中药制药专业学生创新能力培育对策与实践——以贵阳康养职业大学为例

摘　　要：在当前全球化和产业技术升级的背景下,职业本科教育受到了越来越多的关注。与传统的高职教育和普通本科教育不同,职业本科教育更加关注实践技能和创新能力的培养,旨在培养具备实际操作能力和适应职业需求的创新型技能人才。文章以贵阳康养职业大学中药制药专业为例,分析了该专业学生创新能力培养现状,并从专业文化、教学模式、导师队伍、实践基地、教育氛围等方面提出相应策略,以期助力培养适应社会发展需要的高水平技能人才。In the current context of globalization and industrial technological upgrading,vocational undergraduate education has received increasing attention.Unlike traditional vocational education and regular undergraduate education,vocational undergraduate education focuses more on the cultivation of practical skills and innovative abilities,aiming to cultivate innovative skilled talents with practical operational abilities and adaptability to vocational needs.The article takes the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceutical major at Guiyang Health and Wellness Vocational University as an example to analyze the current situation of cultivating innovative abilities among students in this major.Corresponding strategies are proposed from the aspects of professional culture,teaching mode,mentor team,practice base,and educational atmosphere,in order to help cultivate high-level skilled talents that meet the needs of social development.
