摘　　要：文章分析了环境评价与规划课程教学案例及案例库建设的必要性,概述了环境评价与规划相关课程教学案例及案例库建设的进展和存在的问题,并结合环境影响报告书的评价范围,提出了基于模块化案例群的环境评价与规划课程教学案例库架构,并通过教学实践验证了案例教学的有效性,从而为有效提升环境工程专业本科生培养质量提供抓手。The article analyzes the necessity of constructing teaching cases and case libraries for environmental assessment and planning courses,outlines the progress and existing problems in the construction of teaching cases and case libraries for environmental assessment and planning related courses,and proposes a modular case group based teaching case library architecture for environmental assessment and planning courses based on the evaluation scope of the environmental impact assessment report.The effectiveness of case teaching has been verified through teaching practice,providing a starting point for effectively improving the quality of undergraduate education in environmental engineering.
