摘　　要：社会主义文化强国建设是提升国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力的关键。该建设根植于马克思主义文明观,强调文化发展的创序理路,涉及理论内涵、文明渊源、规制及其意义。其核心在于坚持社会主义文化的特性,包括比较性、自源性、系统性和生成性。社会主义文化强国建设,需融合马克思主义文明指向、中华传统文明底蕴及资本主义文明成果,强调人民性价值立场、协同性创序机制、创新性发展驱动和互鉴性国际视野。社会主义文化强国建设,旨在丰富文化供给、巩固中华文化主体性、破解文化争议,以及增强中华文化的国际影响力。The construction of a socialist cultural power is crucial for enhancing the national cultural soft power and the influence of Chinese culture.This construction is rooted in the Marxist view of civilization,emphasizing the creative and orderly approach of cultural development,involving theoretical connotations,civilizational origins,regulations,and their significance.Its core lies in adhering to the characteristics of socialist culture,inclu-ding comparability,self-sourcing,systematicness,and generativity.During the construction process,it is neces-sary to integrate the civilizational orientation of Marxism,the profound foundation of traditional Chinese civiliza-tion,and the achievements of capitalist civilization.In terms of regulations,it emphasizes the value stance of the people,collaborative innovation mechanism,innovative development drive,and the international perspective of mutual learning,aiming to enrich cultural supply,consolidate the subjectivity of Chinese culture,resolve cultural disputes,and enhance the international influence of Chinese culture.
