克氏针内固定治疗髁状突颈部骨折的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　评价克氏针内固定治疗髁状突颈部骨折的临床疗效。方法　采用克氏针内固定治疗髁状突颈部骨折 9例 ,通过摄全景片及关节片 ,观察髁状突复位情况、咬牙合关系恢复情况 ,下颌运动度及术后随访等综合评价疗效。结果　全部病例均痊愈出院 ,开口度均在 30mm以上 ,咬牙合关系恢复良好。本组 9例经 6个月～ 3年随访观察 ,张口度达 30mm～ 37mm ,平均约 35mm。髁状突复位准确 ,下颌运动自如 ,手术效果稳定 ,令人满意。Objective To evaluate the curative effect on treatment of mandible condylar neck fractures with the kirschner pin.Methods In this study,9 cases of fracture of the mandibular condyloid process in which there was osteosynthesis using the Kirschner pin were followed radiographically. Results The X ray findings of 9 patients showed near anatomical reconstruction with good functional results. The follow up period ranged from 6 to 36 months with a mean of 24 months. Bony union was obtained in all fractures with no permanent facial nerve injuries and good mandibular opening (average of 35 mm).Conclusion This technique can be an effective approach for the treatment of selected condylar fractures.
