摘  要:目的 研制肌肉压力微机实时测量系统 ,为测量乳牙牙弓两侧肌肉压力 ,探索肌肉压力与儿童牙颌形态的关系提供技术手段。方法 由电阻式传感器和PCLab生物信号采集处理系统组成本肌肉压力的微机测量系统 ,分别测试该系统的零位漂移大小、机械滞后、载荷 -应变状况及传感器的绝缘防水性能。并利用该测量系统对 30名正常乳牙牙合儿童进行了姿势位时上、下颌 5个牙位的肌肉压力的测定。结果 本肌肉压力微机测量系统具有零位漂移不明显 ,机械滞后小 ,传感器在空气及生理盐水中的绝缘电阻值均大于 2 0 0MΩ ,载荷 -应变曲线线性度好等特点。正常乳牙牙合儿童在姿势位时上、下颌 5个牙位的肌肉压力无显著性差异 ,唇、颊、舌侧肌肉压力基本均衡。结论 本微机测量系统结构小巧 ,灵敏度高 ,防水性能好 ,载荷-应变曲线线性度好 ,适合乳牙牙弓两侧肌肉的压力测量 ,可用来研究。Objective To establish a PC real time measuring system for the measurement of muscular pressure forced on the dental arch so as to value the interaction between muscular pressure and formation of dental arch and jaw. Methods The PC measuring system consists of the strain gauges pressure transducer and the PCLab biological signal real time collecting, processing system. Its thermal effect on zero balance, water proof ability, mechanical lag and relationship of load strain were tested respectively. Then it was applied in the measurement of muscular pressure for 30 volunteers with normal deciduous occlusion and their lingual and buccolabial forces were measured while individuals were at rest. Results Drift and mechanical lag were little. The insulated resistance value of the transducer was more than 200MΩ whether the transducer was in air or in normal saline for a long time. The linearity of the load strain curve was good. As to muscular pressure, there is no statistically significance between lingual and buccolabial forces while individuals were at rest.Conclusion With its small dimension, high sensitivity and water proof ability, fine linearity between load and strain, the PC measuring system can be used for the measurement of the pressure acting on the teeth from the lips, cheeks and tongue.
