摘　　要：目的　通过观察经胃左动脉热灌注化疗药物对正常胃组织超微结构的影响研究其安全性。方法　家兔 30只 ,随机分为 6组 ,手术经胃左动脉插入 0 .0 38英寸导管 ,分别以不同温度灌注化疗药物 ,取胃组织做病理和电镜检查。结果　 5 3℃组出现可恢复性细胞损伤 ,5 6℃组出现细胞凋亡及坏死等不可恢复性损伤。结论　 5 3℃组胃壁组织的温度达到了 4 3℃左右的治疗温度 ,损伤是可恢复性的。 5 6℃以上会造成胃壁正常细胞不可恢复损伤。Objective To study the safety of intra\|left gastric arterial thermochemotherapy by examination of ultrastructure of gastric tissue.Methods This paper involved 30 rabbits which was randomly divided into 6 groups and was infused hot 5\|fu,MMC and DDP through the left gastric artery. The chemotherapentic agents was warmed to 44℃,47℃,50℃,53℃,56℃ and 60℃ respectively. The cardia lesser curratura of stomach and left gastric artery were resected and examined with pathology and electron\|microscope .Results There was no evident injury in groups 44℃～50℃. With the examination under electron\|microscope, the restorable injury was found in group 53℃,and the unrestorable injury was found in group 56℃. Conclusion The temperature of gastric tissue was warmed up to 43℃ in group 53℃ and the injury was restorable. The temperature of gastric tissue was higher in group 56℃ but the injury was unrestorable.
