摘　　要：目的观察CIK(cytokine induced killer)细胞对S180和H-22荷瘤鼠的抑制肿瘤作用。方法建立S180和H-22荷瘤鼠动物模型,静脉输入CIK细胞做抗肿瘤治疗,同时设LAK对照,用同位素法检测经治疗后荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖及NK细胞毒活性。结果 CIK细胞对S180和H-22荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用显著强于LAK细胞。结论 CIK细胞对S180和H-22荷瘤鼠有明显的抗肿瘤作用,并且优于LAK细胞。Objective To evaluate the anti - tumor activity of CIK (cytokine induced killer) cells on mice bearing S180 and H - 22 tumor in vivo. Methods CIK cells were injected intravenously into the mice bearing S180 and H - 22 tumor and compared with LAK controls in the same time. Results CIK cells had significantly anti - tumor effect which was much higher than that of LAK cells. Conclusion CIK cells had significantly anti - tumor effect on mice bearing S180 and H - 22 tumor in vivo than that of LAK.
