摘 要:综述了高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗肿瘤技术的研究进展,并分析了该技术近年来在临床上的应用.资料表明,高强度聚焦超声治疗肿瘤在临床上是可行的,因而是一项有应用前景的肿瘤治疗新技术.High_intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a newly developed technology applied in the field of tumor treatment in recent years. This technology mainly uses the physical properties of ultrasound such as its good tissue penetrability and focusing, by which the extracorporeal ultrasound with low_energy is focused on the tumors in the body, and makes the tissues in the target areas coagulated and necrosed by means of the high_energy effectiveness the ultrasound produces in the local areas without any damages to the surrounding normal tissues out of the focus. It is widely used in the local treatment of the tumors (cancers) in human body. A large amount of clinical practice demonstrates the possibility of HIFU for the treatment of tumour, and a conclusion is made that this method is a prospective new technology for the treatment of tumour.
