抑癌基因P^(16)表达与胰腺癌临床病理的关系

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学 ABC法检测 5 6例胰腺癌组织中抑癌基因 P1 6 的表达 ,并和良性组织作对照研究。结果显示 :胰腺癌中 P1 6 的表达显著低于良性组织 ,且与临床病理分期及预后有关。提示 P1 6To investigate the protein expression of P 16 gene in pancreatic tissue and evaluate its relation with clinical pathology,24 cases of benign pancreatic tissue and 56 cases of pancreatic carcinoma were analyzed for protein expression of P 16 by immunohistochemistry The relationship between the expression of P 16 and clinical pathology was found The results showed that the detection of the expression of P 16 can be regarded as a biological parameter for the prognosis of patients with pancreatic carcinoma
