摘　　要：介绍了吴虞为中国文学爱好者开列《必读书目》的时间和历史背景 ,分析了《必读书目》产生的影响及吴虞开列该书目时的思想状况 ,简要评述了吴虞在“五四”新文化运动思潮影响下 ,在学术研究中的一些思想变化。Presented the time and historical background when Wu Yu was listing the Required Readings for the Chinese Literature Lovers, and analysed the enfluence of the list and his thinking state, then con cisely appraised some thinking changes while Wu Yu had been studying the academic research under the affecting of the May 4th New Cultural Movement.
