摘 要:目的 :考察食物对呋喃妥因肠溶包衣片 (NF TA)和呋喃妥因缓释微丸 (NF PE) 2种不同剂型吸收的影响。方法 :在空腹和进食条件下分别给 4名健康志愿者单剂量交叉口服NF PE和NF TA。采用尿药法研究食物对呋喃妥因不同剂型吸收的影响。结果 :进食条件下 ,NF TA平均累积尿药排泄百分率由空腹时 31 34 %提高至 41 46 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,而在空腹和进食条件下 ,NF PE无明显变化。NF PE和NF TA在进食条件下给药较空腹给药有效尿药浓度的持续时间延长。结论 :NF TA的吸收受食物的影响大 ,而NFAIM: To compare the effect of food on the absorption of different nitrofurantion dosage forms. METHODS: Nitrofurantoin sustained-release pellet (NF-PE)and enteric coated tablet (NF-TA) were given to 4 normal human subjects in fasting and nonfasting state according to crossover design. The effect of food on the absorption characteristics was accessed by a urinary concentration method. RESULTS: The mean accumulate urinary excretion rate of NF-PE was unchanged and NF-TA was increased from 31.34% to 41.46% in the fasting state as compared to nonfasting state. The duration of therapeutic urinary concentration of nitrofurantion of NF-PE and NF-TA was prolonged in nonfasting state. CONCLUSION: The effect of food on the absorption of NF-TA is significant, that of NF-PE is not significant.
