珠江三角洲镇村干部关系格局演变探究——以中山市S镇为个案

摘　　要：本文以中山市S镇为个案,阐释了改革开放以来该镇镇村干部的来源、任用标准和任用方式,详尽解读了镇村干部关系格局的制度化表层格局和人情化潜层格局的基本内涵,并探究了镇村干部关系格局的特征和原因。在现场调研的基础上,作者提出了一些基本对策。In this paper, the author discloses his investigations of the official selection system in S Town in Zhongshan City. By explaining the standards and means employed in the selection of officials, the author tries to unveil the apparent institutional operation in the surface structure and the underlying influence of human relations in the deeper structure. Based on fact -finding research, this author provides some policy suggestions.
