摘  要:从运动学角度分析了双驱动卷扬机多流传动原理和计算方法,通过实例分析进一步阐明该传动的性能和特点。采用功率键合图理论和方法,建立双驱动卷扬机多流传动系统在考虑支承弹性下的系统耦合振动模型,并进行动力学的仿真。设计双驱动减速器传动试验装置,改进现有试验台,实现了多通道数据采集。从而较全面地揭示了行星减速器系统的动态特性及传动性能,并与理论结果对比,其变化趋势一致,变化规律基本相同。进而验证了双驱动卷扬机多流传动系统的键合图模型的正确性,也表明所用的方法是有效的。From the point of view of motion, the gearing theory and calculation method of multi-flow transmission system of double drive hoist are analyzed. An example of analyzing and calculation is given to illustrate the performances and features of this multi-flow transmission system. With the theory and method of power bonding figure, a bonding figure model with coupling vibration is established for the first time at home for multi-flow transmission system of double drive hoist at considering elastic supporting. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is carried out. An experimental device of double drive planetary reducer is designed. The gear test jig is reformed and multi-channel signal collecting of torsional vibration is realized. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of double drive planetary reducer system are revealed comprehensively. This proves the correctness of bonding figure modeling for multi-flow transmission system of double drive hoist and the effectiveness of the method put forward in this dissertation.
