摘　　要：文章简单介绍了VSIA十一个开发工作组之一“VC转让工作组”的技术进展状况。并对其颁布的“虚拟元件转让规范”和“VC描述、遴选、转让的属性和格式标准”作了重点介绍。论述了其在建立充满活力的VC贸易市场,推动SoC-IP产业良性发展方面所起到的重要作用。This paper introduce the technical status of the'VC Transfer Development Working Group',one of eleven DWGs in VSIA.And introduce the content of the'VC Transfer Specification'and the'Virtual Component Attributes With Formats for Profiling,Selection,and Transfer Standard'that developed by VCT DWG.This paper also introduce the important role of those standards for improving the development of IP exchange.
