摘　　要：Team Software Process(TSP)技术是一种软件开发的新技术 ,通过对 TSP技术的着重解释 ,简要地总结了软件产业面临的挑战 ,阐述了有关软件管理人员所面临的与软件过程、能力和成熟度有关的问题以及TSP方法在解决这些问题中的应用。Team Software Processing(TSP) Technology is a new one of software development.This paper introduces the TSP technology in detail,and then summarizes the challenges in the software field.Some concerned problems,such as software processing,capability and maturation to which software manager faces,are expounded and the application of TSP in solving these problems.
