锅炉高温对流受热面进出口烟温软测量方法

摘　　要：在已知高温对流受热面进出口平均工质温度的条件下 ,基于锅炉局部热量平衡的原理 ,提出并验证了一种计算该段受热面进 (出 )口平均烟温方法 ,对计算误差进行了分析。在不具备测量高温烟气温度的可靠手段时 ,能够比较准确地估算对流烟道中的高温烟气温度。By given inlet and outlet steam temperatures of convective heat transfer banks, a indirect estimation procedure for its inlet or outlet flue gas temperatures is proposed and validated based on the local heat balance. The sufficient accuracy can be obtained according to error analysis. The method is useful in estimating the gas temperatures along the convective banks in the case of the proper direct measuring methods are not available.
