玻璃化冷冻前平衡及解冻后恢复处理对卵母细胞质量的影响

摘　　要：以小鼠为动物模型 ,研究了玻璃化冷冻前的平衡和解冻后的恢复处理对卵母细胞质量的影响程度。结果表明 :1)无论是受精卵还是卵母细胞 ,其集聚FDA (乙酰荧光素 )没有明显差异 ,可以用其检测卵母细胞活力 ;2 )在平衡液中添加CB组的卵母细胞细胞膜完整率与无CB组没有明显差异 ;但是明显低于对照组。 3)恢复处理在无CB时对卵母细胞的激活作用并不明显 ,虽然活化率有一定的提高 ,但是添加CB组的卵母细胞激活率却明显增加 ,但是激活的类型多是排出第二极体 。Effects of pre-vitrification treatment on mouse oocyte quality was studied in this experiment.The result as follows:1) Both oocyte and fertilized egg have ability to accumulation (FDA )fluorescein; and (FDA )fluorescein can be used to assessed the quality of oocyte;2)There was significantly difference between experiment group and control group in respect to the membrane integrality of oocyte.but pre-vitrification medium with or without CB had no significant effect on the membrane integrality of oocyte;3)Pre-vitrification medium without CB did not activatied oocyte ,but when pre-vitrification the medium with CB can activated the oocyte.Most activated oocyte extrude the second the polar body, activated oocyte with pronuclear is few.
