摘　　要：以液体石蜡作连续相、Span为乳化剂、戊二醛为交联剂 ,在W /O型乳化体系中制备再生丝素蛋白—壳聚糖包药微胶囊 ,探讨了制备工艺条件对微胶囊的影响 ;采用激光粒度仪、电子扫描电镜、IR光谱仪、X 射线衍射仪 ,对微胶囊的形态、粒度及其表面结构进行初步表征。In the emulsion system and with liquid proffin as continuous phase, Span as emulgent and glutaradehyde as crosslinking agent, the regenerated fibroin protein-chitosan microcapsule with medicine wrapped in is prepared. And it is discussed the effects of preparing conditions on the microcapsule. By the methods of laser granucometer, electron scanning microscope, infrared spectrumeter and X ray diffractometer, The morphology, granule size and surface structure of the microcapsule are characterized simply.
