摘　　要：　该文基于10t/d焊锡真空蒸馏脱铅炉最优控制算法研究的成果,采用多台工控机作为下位机,1台高档微机作监控管理机,和以太网构成两级DCS系统,以实现多台真空炉的优化控制与管理。This article describes the use of multiple IPCs as controllers and one superior microcomputer as a supervisory computer and an ethernet.The DCS is designed with two stages in order to realize the optimization control and measurement of the 10 t/d vaccum furnaces.The paper also presents an interface between the algorithm of optimization control and the industrial control software.
