摘　　要：目的选择理想治疗方法,提高治疗效果,对颅颌面凹陷畸形进行分型。方法对各种颅颌面凹陷畸形的病因及临床特征归纳、总结,进行临床分型,并根据分型采取综合治疗。结果颅颌面凹陷畸形分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,综合治疗后凹陷畸形矫正的效果满意,且无并发症。结论按本文对颅颌面凹陷畸形的分型,具有较好的临床实用价值。Objective To classify the cranio facial depressed deformities and select ideal therapeutic methods,so to receive good treatment results.Method s According to the reasons and clinical features of every kind of cranio facial depressed deformities,the cranio facial depressed deformities were classified and syntheticly treated by the classification.Results Craniofacial depressed deformities were classified toⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲtypes;after combined treatment and orthopedics,the results were satisfactory without any complication.Conclusion These classification and treatment of the cranio facial depressed deformities are scientific reasonable,and practical in clinic.
