摘　　要：目的 :探讨无芽胞厌氧菌相关性胃癌患者胃液中微量元素的变化。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度计 ,GFA-4B石墨炉原子化器 ,无火焰原子吸收光谱法测定胃液中 Cu,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg等元素的含量。结果 :不同的消化道疾病患者胃粘膜微生物群有明显改变 ,其中胃癌组改变最明显 ;胃液中 Fe的含量改变较其它指标更明显 ;胃癌组 Mn的含量明显下降 ;Cu,Zn含量在 3组中的变化无显著性差异。结论objeetiue:To explore changes of trace clements in gastric fluid of the patients with gastric cancer being related to ron-spore-forming anaerobic.Methods:Determine the content of trace elements sueh as Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,etc in gastric fluid by atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS)methed.Results:In different patients of digestire tract there is obvious change of microorganism group in gastric mucosa,amang which the change of gastric cancer group is the most obvious.The content of Mn in gastric fluid is more obvious than other indexes.The content of Mn in gastric cancer group decreases obriously.In three groups there is no notable change of Cu and Zn content.
