摘　　要：我国国有土地租赁制度建设过程中有许多问题尚待解决。本文主要讨论租赁形式、租赁权界定、租金计算等问题,同时借鉴国外经验。Some problems are to be solved in the construction of national land leasing system of China. This paper discusses such problems as the forms of leasing, the determination of leasehold, and calculation of rental charges, using the experience of other countries for reference.
