摘 要:盾构隧道衬砌连接螺栓是连接衬砌管片之间的唯一部件和最重要的约束,螺栓变形问题是管片设计必需考虑的因素。通过南水北调穿黄盾构隧道管片接头1∶1仿真模型试验,对管片连接螺栓变形的影响因素进行了系统的研究分析,获取了不同偏心距、不同弯矩荷载、不同管片接头间的垫层厚度、不同螺栓预紧力、不同螺栓位置条件下详细的螺栓受力状态和变形特征资料,为盾构隧道管片设计提供依据。Conjunction bolts in line of shield?JXtunneling are unitary element to connect pipe?plates. The deformation of conjunction bolts is a factor needed to be consideered in the pipe?plate design. By means of structural model tests of pipe?plate junction with a full scale used for simulating the line of shieldtunneling passing through the Yellow River in the Diversion Project from South to North,the systematic study on affecting factors of deformation of conjunction bolts was performed, the state of the forces exerted on bolts and deformation characteristic data were obtained with different eccentricities,various loading moments, distinct thicknesses of bending between pipe?plate junctions, different preloads on bolts and different positions of bolts, respectively. These informations may provide reference for pipe?plate design of shield?tunneling.
