摘　　要：本研究用保存在小鼠中的猪旋毛虫、旋毛形线虫 (Trichinellaspiralis)、犬旋毛虫、本地毛形线虫(Trichinellanativa)四种不同来源的旋毛虫隔离种接种断乳仔猪 ,定期用ELISA法检查抗体出现情况 ,剖杀后用鲜肉及冷冻不同时间的肉制成肉汁 ,进行ELISA抗体检测。结果表明 :用ELISA法检出阳性的时间为 :猪旋毛虫和T.spiralis在16天以后 ,犬旋毛虫和T.nativa在24天以后 ;鲜肉肉汁ELISA检测结果与其血清结果基本相同 ;冻肉肉汁检疫中 ,短期内冷冻对ELISA检测结果影响也不大。Weaned piglets inoculated respectively with Trichinella sui, Trichinella spiralis, Trichinella canine and Trichinella nativa were detected by using ELISA at regular intervals for antibody appearance; Meat juices were prepared with fresh meat and meat frozen for different periods of time after slaughtering and were detected by ELISA for antibodies. Results showed that antibodies to T. sui and T. spiralis could be detected 16 days post infection and antibodies to T. canine and T. nativa be detected 24 days post infection; ELISA results for fresh meat juice and sera were basically the same; Short period of freezing had no signifccant effect on ELISA results.
