摘  要:目的 :研究通过损毁脑干中缝背核 (DR) ,探讨中缝背核一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元是否投射分布于大脑皮质NOS阳性神经元。方法 :将 16只SD雄性成年大鼠分为实验组与对照组。对实验组动物DR微量注射喹啉酸 ,饲养 1周 ,灌注固定 ,然后将大脑及脑干作冠状冷冻切片 ,NADPH d组化染色。结果 :实验组动物的中缝背核被有效损毁 ,其NOS阳性神经元的数量减少了5 9 .1% (P <0 .0 0 1)。大脑皮质NOS阳性纤维终末减少了 2 8.2 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与大脑皮质NOS神经元构成接触的NOS阳性纤维终末减少了 3 3 .9% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :位于中缝背核的NOS阳性神经元投射分布于大脑皮质NOS神经元。推测中缝背核的NOS阳性神经元可能通过大脑皮质NOS阳性神经元间接对皮质脑血流量起调节作用。Objective: To study the NOS containing fibers from the dorsal raphe nucleus projecting to NOS containing neurons in the cerebral cortex. Methods:16 male adult S.D. rats were divided into two groups. The experimental group was microinjected with quisqualic acid and then raised for a week. These rats were perfusion fixed, and the brain were sectioned and stained by the NADPH d histochemistry.Results:The NOS positive neurons in dorsal raphe nucleus were decreased significantly by 59.1% ( P <0.001). The NOS positive terminals were decreased by 28.2%( P <0.05) in the cerebral cortex, and the NOS positive terminals associating with the NOS containing neurons in the cerebral cortex were decreased by 33.9%( P <0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the NOS containing neurons in dorsal raphe nucleus projected to the NOS containing neurons in cerebral cortex.
