摘  要:目的 :研究沙棘汁的抗氧化作用。方法 :用沙棘汁 5 ml/ kg和 2 .5 ml/ kg分两组给大鼠灌胃 1次后 ,于30 min、1h和 2 h时测定血清 SOD活力和 MDA含量。结果 :1h时 SOD活力显著增加 ,MDA含量明显降低。结论 :说明沙棘汁具有明显的抗氧化作用 。Objective : To study the antioxidation of Hippophae rhamnoides juice. Methods: After Hippophae rhamnoides juice had been perfused into the rat's stomach at the dosage of 5ml/kg and 2.5ml/kg,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in serum were determined in 30 minute,1 hour and 2 hours. Results: The activity of SOD was increased significantly and the content of MDA was decreased obviously one hour after the perfusion of Hippophae rhamnoides juice. Conclusion: Hippophae rhamnoides juice has the fuction of antioxidation,and it is a good clearing agent for free radical.
