摘 要:利用客户需求分类和设计分解技术,提出了一种客户参与产品设计全过程的设计方法;给出了在客户参与机制下大规模定制产品协同设计的系统模型、设计原则和相关技术;开发了一个支持大规模定制产品协同设计的系统原型,并应用于电子产品的设计。It is difficult for designer to obtain the requirements of customers once. To solve this problem , the modeling of product requirements and the design analysis are adopted , and the customers take part into the whole process of design of their own product. We analyze the requirements of customers and the characteristics of product design in mass customization, build the model of design system, put forward the principles of design, and present the involved technologies in product collaborative design for mass customization. A prototype system has been developed and applied in an electric product design.
