摘 要:首先介绍了供应链多阶响应周期的概念,以及缩短供应链多阶响应周期的重要性;调研了五家企业在各自供应链上的响应周期构成情况。在此基础上,详细分析了这些供应链多阶响应周期的实际情况。最后,根据供应链管理的理论研究和实际调研结果,给出了旨在缩短供应链多阶响应周期的若干措施和建议,并对采用的先进信息技术、实行同步化作业、建立信任机制、物流外包、商流与物流分离等方面进行了具体分析。The paper is devoted to investigating and analyzing the multi-stage responding time in a supply chain. The concepts concerning the multi-stage responding time in a supply chain were introduced and the importance of shortening the multi-stage responding time was discussed. Then, the paper proposed the conducted survey, and disposed the data conducted from survey. Finally, this paper presents suggestions and measures to shorten the multi-stage responding time according to the supply chain management theories and investigation studies, such as adopting advanced IT, carrying out synchronizing manufacturing, setting up credit mechanism, outsourcing logistics, separating business from logistics and so on.
