摘　　要：介绍了一种由油脂连续高压水解生产脂肪酸的工艺和方法。与间歇和中压水解法相比 ,该法具有水解率高 ,无需催化剂 ,处理量大 ,连续生产 ,具有能耗低和较低的环境污染等优点。The Technique and Technology of fatty acid manufacture from oil and fat by continuer high pressure hydrolyzing split is described in this paper.The results of this Technology compare with batch or middling pressure hydrolyzing split indicated that the technology of continuer high pressure hydrolyzing split has the strongpoint of high split rate,no need the catalyst,big capacity,continuer process with low energy consume,low load for environment pollution,etc.
