摘 要:目的 比较超声与红外线诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法 超声主要以肿块内部回声、血流等指标及同侧腋窝淋巴结有无转移来诊断 ;红外线主要以肿块灰影深浅、周围血管等特点来诊断。结果 超声检出率为 10 0 % ,红外线检出率为 94% ;超声及红外线检查与病理结果一致的均为 2 7例 ,但两者误诊病理类型各不相同。结论 超声较红外线对乳腺癌检出率高 ,但两者诊断正确率无明显差异。病理类型上 ,超声对后方衰减明显的乳腺癌诊断价值较高。Objective To study the value of high frequency ultrasonography (HFU) and infrared ray diagnosis (IRD) in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods HFU analyzed echogenicity, blood flow of the mass and epsilateral axillary lymph nodes, while IRD mainly described the shade of the gray color, the relationship between the mass and the bood vessels around. Results All breast masses were found by HFU, and 94% were found by IRD. Twenty seven cases of breast cancers diagnosed by HFU or by IRD accorded with pathology. The misdiagnostic types of pathology were different. Conclusion The detection rate of breast cancer by HFU is higher than by IRD, but there was no apparent difference in corrective rate.
