摘　　要：利用医用加速器治疗肿瘤,关键是先要通过计算机化的放射治疗计划系统设计治疗方案,再根据该方案对病人施行照射.作者介绍了研制成功的三维放射治疗计划系统,阐述了该系统的设计思路、系统的结构和系统的功能模块,以及系统实现的技术.It is a key step for medical physicists and doctors to design a therapeutic scheme using a computerised radiation treatment planning system and then to perform the scheme on patients in tumor therapy by means of medical accelerators. The authors descrbe the three dimension radiation treatment plan, and descrbes the research tasks and need for the system, and expound the designing idea,structure,function organisation, and accomplishing technigues of the system.
