摘　　要：李觏“道”范畴的阐述是对中国传统哲学的继承和发展 ,其内涵主要表现在 :把“道”看成是自然规律和道德规律 ;是常与权的统一 ;是一与不一的统一 ;是无不至 ,无不通。Li Gou′s illustration of the scope of 'Dao' inherits and develops Chinese traditional philosophy, its connotation is as following:'Dao' is the natural law and moral law; The unity of convention and alteration; The unity of entity and diversification; It exists everywhere.
