摘　　要：李觏管理思想主要的特征是强调群体至上 ,强调和谐。西方现代管理理论则强调个人至上 ,强调调动人的积极性和创造性。从李觏与西方在现代管理中各自特点和它们之间的差别比较可以发现 。The main features of Li Gou′s management idea are to stress on masses and on harmony.Those of the western management theory are to stress on individuals and to mobilize their enthusiasm and creation.Comparison has also been made between the east and the west modern management ideas concerning their features and differences.The east management idea has been affected by the Confucian school,and the Japanese model is superior to the European and American model.Li′s management idea is of great significance in China′s modernization
