摘　　要：Objective To discuss the relation between the expression of p73 and p63 gene and pathological diagnosis of neuro-epithelial tumor on the malignant degree and prognosis. Methods The bio-marking method and S-P immunohistochemical method were used to detected the p73 and p63. PBS was instead of 1 antibody as negative control. Results The difference positive expression in astrocytoma and 5 kinds of neuro-epithelial tumors. The positive rate was related with the malignant degree.
