摘　　要：探讨IFN -α对慢性乙肝肝纤维化的阻断作用。 6 5例慢性乙肝患者随机分为对照组和IFN组 ,动态观察治疗前后血清HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ -C水平及IFN疗效与治疗前肝组织纤维化程度关系。IFN -α治疗后血清HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ -C水平较治疗前及对照组明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;IFN无应答组患者治疗前血清HA、PCⅢ水平明显高于应答组 (P <0 0 5 )。IFN -α疗效与治疗前肝组织纤维化分期呈负相关 (r=- 0 6 773,P <0 0 5 )。IFNα对慢性乙肝有明显的抗肝纤维化作用 。To evaluate the inhibitory effect of IFN-α therapy for hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Sixty five patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into IFN group and control group. The dynamic alteration of serum HA, PCⅢ, Ⅳ-C and histological changes were observed respectively. After treatment with IFN-α the serum HA, PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C levels were significantly decreased in IFN group. Serum HA, PCⅢ levels in non-responders were significantly higher than those in responders before treatment with IFN-α. The effect of IFN was negative correlated to fibrosis stage of hepatic tissue. These fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and high serum HA, PCⅢ levels before treatment may be related to a poor response to IFN.
