液氮深度冷冻在肝癌治疗中的应用及护理配合

摘　　要：自1995年引进美国产LCS—2000液氮深度冷冻治疗机,治疗肝癌病人92例,解决了手术不能切除的肝癌。无术中死亡,认为冷冻治疗肝癌是一种安全有效的局部治疗方法,充分地术前准备和术中护理配合使病人术后恢复顺利,生存期延长。Since 1995, 92 patients of liver cancer have been treated by LCS-2000 in our hospital. The unresectable cases have been resolved and no death during the operation. At present, it is considered as a safty, effective local therapy of hepatic carcinoma. Adequate preoperative preparation and intraoperative care can make the preoperative recovery well and prolong the survival.
