摘　　要：信息集成技术及支撑系统的研究是虚拟企业信息系统研究的重要内容之一 ,已成为管理学理论界研究的热点 .本文首先对虚拟企业信息系统集成框架和CORBA的技术优势进行了分析 ,由此提出基于CORBA的虚拟企业信息系统集成框架 .最后给出了一个基于CORBA的虚拟企业组建与运作系统实例 .The study on information integrated technology and ist supporting system is an important part of virtual enterprise information system, which is the hotspot of management. This paper first introduces the integrated frame of virtual enterprise and analyzes the advantages of CORBA technology.Then, the integrated frame based on CORBA is brought forward.Firally an example of information system of virtual enterprise built on CORBA is gives.
