摘　　要：介绍了基于CDMA移动通信技术的铁路移动卫星通信平台系统 ,在高速运行机车 (列车 )和地面调度所之间建立了一个远程、实时、广域空间的双向数据通信平台 ,保证了铁路DMIS、TMIS等系统远程数据通信服务和数据采集的实时性 。This paper introduces the platform of train movement satellite communication based on CDMA mobile communication technique , which establishes bidirectional data communication with the long distance, real time and vast space between control centers and highspeed trains,ensures the real time of the long distance data communication sevice and data collection of train transport management information system(TMIS) and dispatch management information system(DMIS), and accomplishes the timelyness and accuracy of the train transport and dispatch management.
