摘　　要：高校图书馆的综合服务水平直接影响高校教学和科研工作的进行。恰当评估高校图书馆的办馆效益并进行优化控制 ,达到促进综合服务水平的提高 ,是高校图书馆面临的问题。本文在高校图书馆传统效益评估的基础上 ,建立适合定性、定量评估指标的效益评估神经网络模型。经实际检验 ,证明该评估方法比传统方法更有效。The general service level of university library affects the process of education and research of the university directly.How to evaluate the benefit of university libraries correctly and perform optimal control,and to promote the level,is the problem that most university libraries confront with.This paper brings forward a neural network model that fits the benefit evaluation with qualitative and quantitative evaluating index.It has been proved by practice that this new method is more effective than the old one.
