摘 要:目的探讨CCL2和VCAM-1在中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)中的意义。方法应用ELISA方法检测对照组(非白血病)、非-CNSL组(No-CNSL)、CNSL组病人血液、脑脊液中CCL2和VCAM-1的水平;应用RT-PCR检测骨髓中CCL2和VCAM-1mRNA的表达。结果 CNSL组脑脊液中CCL2、VCAM-1的含量以及骨髓CCL2、VCAM-1mRNA的表达高于No-CNSL组,有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论脑脊液和骨髓中CCL2和VCAM-1检测对中枢神经系统白血病预后具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the significance of CCL2 and VCAM-1 in Central Nervous System Leukemia(CNSL). Methods The levels of CCL2 and VCAM-1 in blood and cerebrospinal fluid of patients in control group(non-leukemia), non-CNSL group(no-CNSL) and CNSL group were detected by ELISA, and the expressions of CCL2 and VCAM-1 mRNA in bone marrow were detected by RT-PCR. Results The levels of CCL2 and VCAM-1 in cerebrospinal fluid and the expression of CCL2 and VCAM-1 mRNA in bone marrow of CNSL group were higher than those of No-CNSL group(p < 0.05). Conclusion The detection of CCL2 and VCAM-1 in cerebrospinal fluid and bone marrow has guiding effect ion for the prognosis of central nervous system leukemia.
