摘  要:介绍了采用强化玻璃加固液晶屏的减振缓冲原理。研究了光学贴合胶的种类,贴合层数对减振系统的影响。结果表明:有机硅类弹性体光学胶的减振效果最好。贴合强化玻璃后改变了液晶屏组件的共振频率。避免了液晶屏与振源共振,传递到液晶屏上的能量大大降低。同时进行了仿真分析,为实际应用提供理论基础。The anti-vibration and buffering theory of the Liquid Crystal Display(LCD)rugged by toughened glass was mainly introduced in this paper.The influence of different optical adhesive and lamination piles on anti-vibration were also researched.It was revealed by the results that the organic silicon optical adhesive had better damping effect for vibration.The resonance frequency of LCD module was changed through bonding toughened glass.Because of avoiding the resonance of LCD,the power applied to LCD was greatly reduced.Simulation analysis was conducted to guide the rationale for practical application.
