代谢综合征与脂肪肝发病率的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征与脂肪肝发病率的关系研究。方法对2012年6月~2014年6月在我院进行健康体检的体检者进行身高、体重、血压、血生化、血糖等测量,并进行腹部B超检查,最终对调查资料完整的4302人的体检结果进行统计分析。结果 4302例体检者中,代谢综合征和脂肪肝检出率分别为35.1%和24.4%。代谢综合征组脂肪肝患病率为49.4%,与非代谢综合征组(10.9%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,三酰甘油、高血糖、高血压、体重指数、胆固醇、脂肪肝、血清尿酸是代谢综合征好发的危险因素。结论本地体检人群中脂肪肝及代谢综合征检测率较高,脂肪肝与代谢综合征具有密切的关系,积极控制患者饮食,纠正脂肪代谢异常,可有效预防脂肪肝的发生。Objective To explore the relationship of metabolic syndrome and fatty liver among the glaff the administrative institutions and enterprises. Methods The glaff the administrative institutions and enterprises in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011,were selected to check the Height,weight,blood pressure,blood chemistry,blood glucose,and abdominal Ultrasound B.and the data of 4302 cases with complete survey data were analyzed. Results Among 4302 cases of people with health examination,the detection rate of metabolic syndrome and fatty liver was 35. 1%,24. 4%. the morbidity of fatty liver was 49. 4% in metabolic syndrome group,and 10. 9% in the non-metabolic syndrome group,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that Triglycerides,high blood sugar,high blood pressure,body mass index,cholesterol,fat,liver,serum uric acid were good metabolic syndrome risk factors. Conclusion Fatty liver and metabolic syndrome detection rate is higher,fatty liver and metabolic syndrome have a close relationship,a positive control in patients with diet,correcting abnormal fat metabolism,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of fatty liver.
