摘　　要：建设国家级精品视频公开课《健康生活与人体结构》课程的经验和体会。包括教案编写思路、选题原则、教案设计举例,各讲内容简介及课程建设其它方面的建议,并探索了医学基础课程内容与社会健康热点问题、与医疗新进展之间的结合之路,使古老的医学基础课程焕发出时代的活力。该课程融知识性、社会性、思想性于一体,为提高当代大学生的科学文化素质水平起到了积极的作用。This article describes the process and experience in the construction of the top-quality video open course 'healthy life and human body structure'.The five parts are:ideas about writing the teaching plan,principles of selecting topics,design of the teaching plan,introduction to the contents and advice on course construction.We evoked the activation of an old basic medical course in the new era by exploring the relationships among the old traditional basic medical course,the hot topics of social health problems and the new advancement of medicine.This course combines knowledge,socialization and ideology,thus playing apositive role in improving the level of the scentific and cultural qualities of comtemporary university students.
