摘  要:目的 探讨AgNOR计数、形态分型及PCNA蛋白表达在恶性成釉细胞瘤中的意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP方法及AgNOR染色检测 17例恶性成釉细胞瘤组织中PCNA的表达及AgNOR计数和形态特征。结果 恶性成釉细胞瘤中AgNOR计数 (3 92± 0 87)及PCNA增殖指数 (18 78± 3 34)均显著高于良性成釉细胞瘤 (2 0 4± 0 5 8,6 86± 1 2 5 ;P <0 0 1)。恶性成釉细胞瘤中AgNOR形态主要为弥散型 ,而良性成釉细胞瘤中主要为单一型 ,两者均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 AgNOR计数和形态分型及PCNA增殖指数有助于恶性成釉细胞瘤的鉴别诊断。Objective To study the role of AgNOR count, morphologic types and PCNA expression in differentiating benign ameloblastoma from malignant ones.Methods 17 cases of maligmant ameloblastoma were selected and PCNA expression was detected immunohistochemically by SP method. AgNOR count and morphology were analyzed by AgNOR staining.Results The PCNA proliferating index (18 78±3 34) in malignant ameloblastoma was significantly higher than that in benign ameloblastoma (6 86±1 25; P <0 01). It showed a higher AgNOR count (3 92±0 87) in malignant ameloblastoma than that in benign ameloblastoma. The AgNOR shape in malignant ameloblastoma was mainly dispersed type and in benign ameloblastoma, simple type. There existed a significant difference between benign and malignant ameloblastoma ( P <0 01).Conclusion The analysis of proliferating index of PCNA, AgNOR count and morphologic types may be helpful in the diagnosis of malignant ameloblastoma.
