摘　　要：目的　探讨盘状红斑狼疮癌变的发病机理、临床诊治要点。方法　对典型病例进行分析 ,同时进行病理检查及血清免疫学检查。结果　明确诊断盘状红斑狼疮癌变 6例 ,行手术结合放疗或放化疗。结论　盘状红斑狼疮癌变有其临床、病理特点 。Objective To explore the clinical pathological characteristics and immunological standard changes of discoid lupus erythematosus developing carcinoma.Methods Six patients of discoid lupus erythematosus developing carcinoma were treated in our department from 1985 to 1998. We analysed the typical patients by pathological and clinical immunology.Results Six cases of the lip or skin carcinoma developed from discoid lupus erythematosus.Conclusion Operations combined with Pingyangmycin and radiotherapy could improve the treatment efficiently.
