应用酚醛树脂液治疗牙本质敏感症自身对照疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　了解酚醛树脂液治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果。方法　选择具有自身左右或上下对应的同名患牙的牙本质敏感症患者 30例 ,患牙 138颗 ,按同一患者左右或上下划分为治疗组和对照组各 6 9颗。治疗组应用酚醛树脂液涂擦治疗 ,对照组不做任何处理 ,观察治疗后 1～ 2天和 6～ 12个月的疗效。结果　治疗组治疗后 1～ 2天有效率 10 0 %。经 6～ 12个月追踪观察 ,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为 94 0 3%和 2 2 39% ,具有高度显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 5 )。Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating dental hypersensitiveness with phenolaldehyde.Methods 30 patients who had dental hypersensitiveness of two teeth of the same name were selected. 138 diseased teeth were divided into two groups. Each group had 69 teeth.In the teeth of the same name,one belonged to the treatment group,the other belonged to the control group.The treatment group was treated with phenolaldehyde while the control group was not treated.The curative effects of the treatment group in 1～2 days and 6～12 months were observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 100% in 1～2 days and 94 03% 6～12 months later.The natural curative rate of the control group was 22 39% 6～12 months later.The clinical effects of the two groups were greatly different.Conclusion The desenstitzation treatment of treating dental hypersensitiveness with phenoaldehyde was effective.
