摘　　要：基础光学中的一些概念很容易混淆。本文通过区分电磁波与机械波、矢量波与标量波、横波与纵波等概念,进而探讨偏振与非均匀平面波、δ函数与Huygens原理、光弹效应与声光衍射、磁致旋光与铁氧体器件等内容的教学处理。探讨学生基础物理知识不扎实的原因。Some concepts are easily confused in fundamental optics. In this paper these distinctions are made between electromagnetic wave and mechanical wave, vector wave and scalar wave, transverse wave and longitudinal wave. The teaching processes on the relationships of polarization and inhomogeneous plane wave, δ-function and Huygens principle, photo-elastic effect and acoustic-optic diffraction, Faraday magneto-optic effect and ferrite devices in optics are investigated. The root causes of students' lack of the fundamental physics knowledge are discussed.
