通灌汤治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：为观察中药直肠保留灌肠治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)的临床疗效 ,将经纤维结肠镜诊断为UC12 6例、中医辨证为湿热内郁型患者分为两组 :治疗组应用通灌汤中药直肠保留灌肠治疗 ,对照组应用思密达直肠保留灌肠治疗。结果 ,治疗组总有效率为 90 5 % ,对照组总有效率为 85 7% ,前者改善症状疗效较好 ,治疗期间无明显副反应。中药直肠保留灌肠可作为临床治疗UC较理想的方法之一。For the purpose of studying the clinical effect on the treatment of nonspecific UC with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine,the 126 cases,who were confirmed to have UC by fibrocolonoscopy and were diagnosed to have UC of the interior retention of damp heat pathogen in type based on overall analysis of the disease and the patients according to the basic theories of TCM,were divided into 2 groups.The treated group received retention enema of the traditional Chinese drug with the promoting effect of heat elimination,detoxification,tissue regeneration and diarrhea arrest;while the control group received retention enema smecta soluton.The total effective rate in the former was 90 5% and that in the latter was 85 7%.A better therapeutical effect was obtained in the treated group where there was no notable side effect.These suggest that retention enema of traditional Chinese drug is one of the desirable ways of medication in the treatment of UC.
