摘　　要：目的　探讨胃腺癌细胞的耐药、抗药与肿瘤生物学特性的关系以及胃腺癌中P -糖蛋白 (P -gp)与 p5 3、c erbB 2、nm 2 3表达的关系。方法　采用S -P免疫组化染色方法 ,检测术前未接受化疗的 3 3例胃腺癌组织中P -gp和p5 3、c erbB 2、nm 2 3的表达。结果　P -gp和 p5 3、c erbB 2、nm 2 3在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为 2 7.3 % ( 9/3 3 ) ,5 7.6% ( 19/3 3 ) ,3 9.4% ( 13 /3 3 ) ,84.9% ( 2 8/3 3 )。P -gp阳性表达与胃腺癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移以及nm 2 3表达无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;与p5 3、c erbB 2表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　P -gp与 p5 3、c erbB 2、nm 2 3协同表达可以作为胃腺癌临床耐药和判断预后的 1个重要指标。Objective To study the relationship between the drug resistance and tumor′s biological characters,and the relation of P gp expression to p53?c erbB 2?nm23 in gastric cancer.Methods 33 cases of gastric cancer without chemotherapy were examined for expressions of P gp and p53?c erbB 2?nm23 by immunohistochemical staining technique.Results The positive rate of P gp and p53?c erbB 2?nm23 was 27.3%(9/33) and 57.6%(19/33)?39.4%(13/33)?84.9%(28/33) respectively in gastric cancer specimens.The expression of P gp had a significant correlation to p53?c erbB 2,was not correlated to histological grading and infiltrating deep and lymph node metastasis( P >0.05).Conclusion The expressions of P gp and p53?c erbB 2?nm23 can be as useful indexes for prognosis and drug resistance.
